PodProperty FAQs What we cost Investment Property
Monarch

One property, several owners

It’s a simple formula but one that a very special property developer and PodProperty together know will offer a solution to the housing affordability crisis.

Monarch and PodProperty have come together to form an alliance at Monarch’s Ingleburn Gardens Estate

Ingleburn Gardens Estate is a $200 million, 38 hectare development located in the Edmondson Park land release area in Sydney's South West. This community lifestyle estate applies community title to freehold properties and has been developed to offer a range of housing for multiple generations of families and cohabitants. House designs include terraces, free standing and semi-detached homes, some of which will include self-contained flats over their garages.

The Estate’s uniquely integrated living community will include a Kate's Kindy early education and long day care centre with facilities for sight and hearing impaired children as well as a proposed Anglican College and an Anglicare Chesalon Aged Care Facility. Community facilities will include a lake, lap pool, parks, café, meeting facility and concierge service.

PodProperty facilitates co-ownership of one property by multiple purchasers through structured terms of agreement. A secure legal framework sets out the rights and obligations of each person sharing the property, including how the deposit and repayments are shared, the exit strategy and the on-selling of shares.
