Vincent was also very helpful in finalising the co-ownership agreement after the full details were known. When I called to advise that we had purchased a house and the finance brokering and conveyancing were both being done via PodProperty he happily followed up with the relevant people to obtain the detail required for the final version. It was great that he so happily organised all of this when the alternative of requiring me to send all this information direct to him myself would have been easier for him.
